It really does make a project look that little bit more professionally finished and this pattern will show you how to make your own piping too, using cord and binding tape. Or alternatively you can use readymade tape and just concentrate on how to add the piping to your cushion.
This pattern also covers a further two techniques. How to add a zip to the back and an optional pocket on the front. So three techniques in one!
