HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Raggy Robin Designs. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange your purchase (of physical items) within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging.

Digital products cannot be refunded.

REFUNDS

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email or phone. Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure that it's in new and unused condition. If it meets our criteria, we'll issue a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
